Smart Automation Warranty
Eligible ARQUON smart automation products carry a 7-year replacement warranty, subject to product eligibility, approved installation conditions and the exclusions below.
Lighting Warranty
Eligible ARQUON lighting products carry a 2-year warranty, subject to product eligibility, approved operating conditions and the exclusions below.
Coverage
Warranty coverage applies to eligible manufacturing defects reported within the applicable warranty period with valid proof of purchase and identifiable product details.
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, incorrect installation, unauthorised repair, abnormal voltage, water ingress beyond the stated IP rating, external accessories, normal wear or site conditions outside product specifications.
Claim Process
Contact ARQUON with the invoice, product details, installation information, photos or video of the issue and project location. Inspection or return of the product may be required before approval.
Service and Replacement
Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement with the same or an equivalent product, or another remedy determined by ARQUON according to product availability and project circumstances.
